NOTE: These were the most popular of all my AA coin rings but unfortunately these coins are no longer available and this is truly my very last one for sale so if you like it or know someone who will, don't wait.
Sobriety Reminder Coin Ring!
Hand-Crafted from an AA Bronze Token into a Coin Ring to wear as a constant reminder to take things one day at a time.
I take great pride in this particular coin ring as I know what it means and how hard it is to keep on a personal level. If you want me to use your AA coin/token, just let me know and I'll email instructions on where to send it so I may custom work it for you with some serious TLC.
LADIES: I can cut the ring more for a slimmer band if desired. Often referred to as a "Slim-Cut" made for woman who want a thinner ring. An additional 1/4" or more can be taken off the width and both sides polished down.
TWO-TONE BRONZE AA SOBRIETY RING
(In addition you get the center punch of the coin that says "GOD" - I can't bring myself to melting those down so that can be an extra reminder to put in your pocket to show how the coin ring is made and the only thing punched out before it's folded into shape)
THIS IS A PERFECT GIFT FOR ANYONE WHETHER BUYING IT FOR YOURSELF OR A LOVED ONE SHOWING HOW MUCH YOU SUPPORT THEM IN THEIR SOBRIETY AND A GREAT DAILY REMINDER!
For a very limited time I'll be selling these beautiful coin rings at a very aggressive low price because at least for me, this means more that others are blessed with the ring than what I would normally charge for a ring seeing what it stands for.
1. Choose the Size of the Ring
2. Thin Band or Thick Band (although thickness doesn't dictate men from woman but the ladies are typically the ones to request a thinner band and if so, I'll cut a larger starter hole in the coin before folding it out so it has a thinner appearance than normal.
(Default: Thick Cut showing as much detail as possible. Message me in your order if you desire a thinner cut. )
3. Choice of Heads (Recovery, Unity, Service) or Tails (Sobriety Prayer) on the outside of the ring!
(Default: Head Side is outside unless requested otherwise by message here on ETSY)
4. PROTECTIVE COATINGS
Choose from a single application free of charge, your own individual bottle of Jewelers Clear Coating with applicator brush or Hypoallergenic Transparent Powder Coating which comes with a 3 Year Guarantee if your ring fades during this period your ring will be refinished free of charge (limited to 2 claims in the 3 year period however a single application typically lasts for life).
Have Questions? Feel free to message me and you'll get a response within 24 hours.
ABOUT THIS COIN RING:
In this specific coin ring offer I have an Alcoholics Anonymous Sobriety coin in Aluminum so expect it to be very light weight! The ring will be sealed in a transparent clear sealer made for jewelry to protect it from tarnishing and your own personal bottle of sealer is available for just a few dollars more or have it hypo-Sealed with transparent powder coating and get a 3 year guarantee. Being Aluminum the ring will have a very nice silver appearance but expect it to be light weight and keep with care to not ding or scratch up against hard surfaces. There is a Silver Aluminum version of this ring also available if you need something lighter in weight.
In the photos above, you'll see exactly what you'll be getting if you order by all defaults above in your choices however you do have the option to change some if you prefer it customized a bit different. It's an absolutely beautiful coin ring that anyone would love, is Unisex and in all honesty, what better way to be not only reminded but be proud of you (or a loved ones) sobriety than to wear it on your finger compared to hiding it in your pocket as a token normally is.
WHY PATRIOT COIN RING?
As a Military Vet myself, I find a lot of pride in making quality rings out of coins and feel a sense of patriotism when it comes to working with US Coins or those that preserve "In God we Trust" in a wearable form (how long before that's removed from our currency like it has everywhere else). I will also add that my father passed away from alcoholism at the age of 47 and now that I'm 50, I can't believe how young he was so without going into too many details I'll just say that this particular coin has a significant meaning to me as well if not more than any other and my prayers go out to all who have to take each day, "one step at a time".
For myself, it's far nicer to wear and talk about when people ask then to have a coin in my pocket forgotten or eventually lost or not even thought about. I don't mass produce these but rather being a hobby, I take my time and get very detailed on everything I do in making your coin ring whether it be creating a very comfortable fit, comfort sidings rounding off all edges so it's barely felt, and when I age my coins by natural two-toning, patina or other, I spend a lot of extra time behind a jewelers magnifying lens to work on all the detail to perfection. I go the extra mile and don't up-charge for every little thing. I don't skimp or get cheap on tools! I have all the best (thousands of dollars worth of equipment) to make your ring as beautiful as possible and in this hobby, if you love what you do, the work demands an equal amount of Sweat, Pride and the best Tools available!
When anyone takes as much pride in what they do like I do with these, I insist on my clients being 110% satisfied - It's just something very important to me and because of this, 99% of my work is more often than not by referrals of past clients and I'll be wanting your referrals as well and will work extra hard to earn those.
