If your ring was personalized or past the exchange period allowed on Etsy, it is sometimes possible to still get your ring resized "only" if first authorized by PCR Jewelers and / or Michael Baker. Express your concern and why you need an exchange and if authorized, you'll be allowed to ship your ring back provided it is in "Brand New Condition" and "Not Personalized" unless otherwise stated by the seller. You (the buyer) will be responsible for any shipping costs both to return the original band(s) and the reshipment of the new.
You'll be charged for restocking at a rate of 20% the purchase price or $40 USD which ever is greater to cover the cost of the new ring to be made (material and time). To review our terms of business at the time of your purchase, see the information as listed at the bottom of this page.
I'm always happy to do what I can for my valued customers and if you are receiving this, it is because you were authorized under the conditions herein to return your ring for another in stock size and remember, if the original ring received is not flawless when returned, it will be returned back to you at your expense and this offer cancelled. Return your original band in "NEW CONDITION with NO PERSONALZATION" to the following address:

and don't forget to include a note inside the return of the new size you are in need of. If you email that to me as well, I'll get started right away on it and start making it now so it's ready to ship out your replacement as soon as the original has been received.
Purchase this service agreement to make you a brand new band at a discounted price of it's current sale price.
Choose from the options to the right the size of the new band needed (some sizes may not be available on certain rings).
If engraving is required, that would be additional even if you had it done previously so let me know. The reason being is I do not engrave Tungsten or Titanium bands myself but rather outsource them to Jared Jewelers to be done and I'd of course have to pay to have this done again for you (may not be applicable to your circumstance).

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective which you have 3 days after receipt to inform me of, I can't accept returns for:
▶ Custom or personalized orders (i.e. Customized Jewelry, anything engraved, special precious metal plating has been applied and/or customized sizing has been requested outside of our normal stock inventory). I simply wouldn't be able to resell it or would have to greatly discount the item as a used and/or blem ring for sale and is the only exclusion to a return which I otherwise allow easily and for free within the first 3 days of it's delivery to you.
▶ Don't be reluctant to share with me an issue such as a ring that needs resizing. Certain materials such as but not limited to Tungsten, Ceramic or rings with inlays can't be resized but in some instances I may be willing to offer you a strong discount at or near cost to get another knowing mistakes do happen in life and wanting to provide the best service possible to my clients.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
▶ Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs unless it's something of my error. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value "if" I agree to accept it back.
▶ Item "MUST" be in New Condition and not returned with any scratches, dings, or sign of wear otherwise your request may be refused.
