If your ring was personalized, it's obviously going to cost more than if it wasn't because I'm simply not going to be able to resell it but I am here to help. To do my best to help you out though, if you want to still return it for a new size I'll take it back for free if I'm notified within three (3) days of the original purchase and the ring is returned within seven (7) days. If the limited time exchange or return has expired, I can still help if you are okay picking up the cost of my materials and shipping and on my side, I'll pickup the cost of labor and then some.

Return your original band in "NEW CONDITION" to the following address:

and don't forget to include a note inside the return of the new size you are in need of. If you email that to me as well, I'll get started right away on it and start making it now so it's ready to ship out your replacement as soon as the original has been received.
Purchase this service agreement to make you a brand new band at cost. Choose from the options to the right the size of the new band needed (some sizes may not be available on certain rings).
If engraving is required, that would be additional even if you had it done previously so let me know.
Note: Unless you are 100% sure of the new size request, "Do Not Request Engraving again" because for the majority of all my bands, I have no problem exchanging it free of charge as long as it's not engraved being that I can resell it. If this is a resizing of something I didn't originally make, you (the client) in the event I fail resizing your ring properly and/or it breaks due to any aged weak spots or other will receive a refund for the cost of the service however the buyer accepts any responsibility to accidental damage. Titanium is a very hard material and most jewelers will not take the challenge of resizing them because of it. I'll of course do my utmost in being as cautious as possible but I simply can't know or be aware of any weak spots within the metal itself when it was made by someone else and is the only reason I express this indemnification. With that being said, I haven't ever broken one yet but I'd be heartbroken if something that had sentimental value was accidentally lost in the process. Please only purchase this service if you understand this indemnification of liability.
