TITANIUM RESIZING SERVICE
Although many jewelers will tell you it's impossible to resize Titanium, I have done it for many clients as much as 4 full US sizes on some bands as can be seen in the video below... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tTXkGvt9Gp8&t
Before purchasing this service, please be sure to send me a photo of your band to confirm if it can be done or not. Here are a couple of things to consider.
- Most Titanium bands can be enlarged no larger than 2 US Ring Size but send a photo for a consultation because I've resized bands as much as 4 full US Ring sizes depending on its thickness and design.
- Most Titanium bands can be reduced by no more than 1 US Band Size because again, I've reduced as much as 4 full US ring sizes.
- Bands with Gems "can not" be done as the gems will fall out and I don't work with gems.
- Titanium rarely breaks under pressure but it has occurred. If this occurs or I can't do the work you will be refunded but by accepting and/or requesting this service you release PCR and myself (Michael Baker) from liability of an accidental break whether the service has been prepurchased or you've been told to pay upon completion. There's simply no way for me to guarantee the integrity or origin of your titanium band (especially if it didn't originate here) but again, is very rare. I only had one band out of hundreds resized ever fail and that was because the customer nor I was aware it was resized in the past and had a cut and solder point on the band making it very weak in that spot. Nevertheless, I was still able to repair the band but I only make myself clear on this situation not to scare anyone but rather, I would be heartbroken if something failed especially on a band that had strong sentimental value and couldn't be repaired after the fact. So can it happen? Yes, Has it ever happened? Only once but was repaired to look like new! What are the odds of success? 99.9% Success rate! In short, if the ring wasn't made by me, I have no way of knowing the Grade of Titanium used and on some rare circumstances cheap tin or zinc alloy is used which could provide a weak point in the metal. Asking to do this service isn't without risk and the customer should be aware of that and if in the most rarist of circumstance something happens to your ring (damage or other), you waive any right to hold me liable for said damages. If it is a ring "originally" made by me and I take on the task of resizing, I will accept full responsibility for the item to replace it free of charge and if it can't be replaced, a refund minus 20% for each year owned (age of ring) on the actual purchase price (not value, sentimental or otherwise) will be refunded.
Once you send me a photo of your band, I'll be able to consult with you on how much ring size can be adjusted. The typical charge starts at around $39.95 but WILL vary depending on your band and how far we get it to move.
You (the client) are responsible for shipping your ring to me. The charge for the service includes FREE SHIPPING back to you (within the USA) or discounted (beyond the US).
Titanium is a very hard material and most jewelers will not take the challenge of resizing them because of it. To do this it actually "breaks tools" and requires a special technique and set of equipment to do most jewelers don't have and why they claim it's impossible. It's not impossible, and am so happy to have done this for so many over the years. With that being said, this service is "only" for Titanium Grades 1-4 (commercial grade) or Aerospace Grade 5. Anything higher may in fact be impossible to resize and/or could result in damage or breakage. I'll attempt to resize nearly any grade but these are the most common and typically the only grades used in jewelry. In any case, there is no guarantee financial or otherwise for failed attempts at resizing and the customer accepts this risk as part of requesting of the service to be done.
All Terms herein may be changed without prior notice by PCR Jewelry, Michael Baker, Jeweler, and any other parties at any time.

I LOVE MAKING CUSTOMIZED RINGS! Yes, we "specialize" in making nearly any kind of ring according to our customer's specifications. Simply message me here and I'll provide a quote based on the requirements of your custom-designed ring(s).
While there are some very tough rings that can put up with a lot of abuse like Titanium or Tungsten, all jewelry regardless of price requires some common sense TLC and in most cases it should be a habit to remove your ring prior to taking a shower, washing your hands, using hand sanitizer or lotion, swimming or while working that requires heavy hand to machinery contact or anything that would simply be abrasive. If you have any concerns, simply ask about your specific ring and ask about our hyposealer which is an additional protective coating that can be applied to help protect and prevent oxydation.
Because I actually hand make these rings myself, I can often offer them in all sizes including extremely small to very large ie. US Sizes 1-25 and as fine-tuned as much as a quarter of a size on most rings. If you don't see the size you require, please message me. I often can still do it for you!
Yes, all rings $40 or more automatically are shipped in a beautiful ring box FREE OF CHARGE!
If you need a ring box for something less expensive, just let me know and I'll still do it for free 😍
If you are looking to buy rings, services or our precious metal plating in bulk, contact me before making your purchase, and let's discuss what you have. In many cases, I do offer discounted pricing to customers with bulk item requests.
Yes, anyone with an honorable discharge DD214 or active duty card as well as any first responders (firefighters, officers, medical field) that can provide proof (ie. an ID with the same name as the person purchasing the item) will receive 15% OFF the regular price. If an item is already on sale, I don't consolidate discounts and coupons so we would just look for the discount that gives you the largest savings and I thank you for your service!
The prices in the ad are based on plating a basic ring however I do plate many different items (not just jewelry). The very first thing is to contact me direct and provide a photo(s) preferably next to a dollar bill for size comparison. I don't charge my customers until "AFTER" the job is completed so PAY NOTHING UPFRONT! Simply contact me for my address, instructions and a quote.
Yes, all the time! In fact, other than all kinds of costume jewelry, antiques, and more I'm contracted by many companies for all kinds of crazy things like drone parts, car parts, emblems, medallions, electronic parts, and so much more! Our Gold plating services extend far beyond just rings, bracelets, necklaces, watches, and pendants. Further, I plate in Vermeil or Gold Filled as well making our plating up to 8x times thicker than standard gold plating. Message me here and let's just chat a bit about what you have and get you a custom quote today. I typically answer in just a matter of a couple of hours in most cases.

Michael is absolutely amazing to work with. Goes above and beyond for his customers. Had my wedding bands resized, and one of them was still a little snug, and he fixed it with only 10 days until the wedding!

No other jeweler would even attempt to resize my signet ring. I contacted Michael and he said he’d have a look and see what he could do. To my shock he was able to resize the ring .75 of a size up. This was no small feat, this ring is a beast (see picture) so to do this really shows his skill. I couldn’t be happier!

I want to firstly say that they are doing the impossible. I tried so many places that said they couldn’t do it and i was so upset because i just wanted my ring to fit me. In addition i wanted it sized 4 sizes smaller which he didn’t have to do but kindly decided that it was also possible. I had some troubles and told him, very understanding and professional. Replies were quick and answered in detail, customer service is extremely good your voice will be heard. Extremely helpful and im very glad he could help me and i am grateful. Highly recommend you won’t be let down.

After realizing that my titanium wedding band was too loose, I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to get it to fit well, but Patriot Coin Ring's unique skill did the job perfectly - reduced my ring by half a size and kept it in pristine shape. Thrilled to have had his work, highly recommended.
